Kevin was such a pleasure to work with. His calm demeanor was very welcome in a stressful situation. Our condo was on the market for quite a while due to the economic climate, but Kevin advised us with honesty and compassion. He was very responsive any time we had a question or concern. He always consulted us promptly when there was a showing request and even sat with our cat during some showings when we weren't available to. He also worked with a great team including Liam Cronin, closing coordinator Sarah Howard, and listing and marketing director Ashley Guarnotta. Communication was always prompt and together they made the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Kevin and crew at E&V!

Kevin is a superstar! We have bought and sold many properties with other agencies and I can honestly say that I have never had such high quality service like this before. Kevin and Liam helped us with every part of this purchase making it a comfortable and seamless experience. The negotiation on our behalf was top notch and we were just thrilled with the entire experience. I cannot recommend him enough. You will be so happy that you chose Kevin.

We met Kevin at a couple open houses back in March and knew right then and there he was the right person to work with when the right time came along. He was instrumental in helping us find the perfect place at a price we could afford. He and the whole Engel & Volkers team were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Kevin and the team to anyone looking for a place in Hilton Head!
